At this year's Malofiej Awards in Pamplona, Spain, we won six medals, four of them for graphics in our new Magazine »IN GRAPHICS«.
Malofiej is a yearly event, organized by the spanish chapter of the Society for Newsdesign (SND).
There were an overall of 1356 entries from 151 publications from 29 coutries. There were 8 Gold (5 print, 3 online), which went to National Geographic Magazine (USA), The Washington Post (USA), Público (Portugal), NYTimes.com (USA), Estadao.com.br (Brazil) and Golden Section Graphics (Germany).
There were 25 Silver Awards and 77 Bronze. Other medals which went to Germany were for weekly Newspaper »Die ZEIT« (1 Bronze) and Berlin-based KIRCHER-BURKHARD (1 Bronze).
